Here is an example I made on how to create a topic for this forum.

First you start off by going to which ever thread you desire to post in (Advertisements, Candids, Editorials, etc.) and then you go to the bottom of that page and click on the 'NEW TOPIC' button as present in this picture:



After you click on that you scroll down to the 'SUBJECT' box and then type in the subject of the topic. For example, if you scanned a new editorial, you will type in the name of the magazine, the month, and year. Bascially put in as much information as you can to identify the subject. Then, go to the posting box under it and click on the picture to see what you should put in it:



After you have put in any pictures, or typed in something, you can do one of two things: 'PREVIEW' the topic or 'SEND' the subject. If you click 'PREVIEW' it will not post anything yet, it will just show you what it will look like. If you click 'SEND' it will post what you have put in the box.



Once you click 'SEND', a screen will pop up saying that your message was entered successfully and then it will transfer over to your post.

And you're done!
