First you start off by going to which ever thread you desire to post in (Advertisements, Candids, Editorials, etc.) and then you go to the bottom of that page and click on the 'NEW TOPIC' button as present in this picture: After you click on that you scroll down to the 'SUBJECT' box and then type in the subject of the topic.
